Assessing jurisdictions are on different process schedules. Working around the country as we do, we have learned that in some states, generally those in the East, every assessing jurisdiction uses a different assessment calendar. Western states mostly have a state calendar that governs the process. But whatever the schedule, TPS has the knowledge and experience to determine the schedule governing the local assessing authorities and the process to ensure that filings are timely.
